I discovered yoga because of my lower back and spine problem especially special when i always work on site and in office. I started to look into yoga , Pilates, trapeze and learnt how to reduce my lower back pain and gain strength in my body. Here I am:  my legs have returned to normal function and I now have a healthy back, with no pain!
I decided to become a professional fitness instructor/ Yoga Therapist,  so I could pass my knowledge especially on the lower back, bow legs and spine problems with others. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. My classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

At the same time from my modelling experiences, I understand the conscious daily practice of walking, sitting and standing in a good posture and body alignment, which I will also bring to my workshop so my students could get the benefits.

June He is a certified personal trainer. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about themselves. I've been on every diet under the sun, and my weight fluctuated massively. Now, having emerged the other side and achieved goals. I want to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to help others.

I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I know how being overweight affects your whole life, and I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I understand that life can be hectic and it's often tough to find time to work out. I've been there myself. and I've made every excuse going. Now. I've used my experiences to design a program that is manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.

After dedicating a significant portion of my life to ballet, I decided to explore a new horizon by embracing Trapeze Yoga. The transition was both exhilarating and rewarding, as there are many similarities between them.

To me, Trapeze Yoga is not just a workout, it's a journey that invites you to explore balance, strength, and freedom in the air. I continued to build upon my physical fitness, just as I did in ballet - for you build strength and flexibility to master the challenging poses on the yoga trapeze. Hanging in the yoga swing can release tightness, reverse the negative effects of prolonged sitting and promote better alignment as well as mind relaxation - with the gentle stretching and decompression of the spine, alleviating physical tension and stress held in the muscles and joints that often accompany a busy work life.

Together, we will swing, flip, and hang as we reach for new heights of body and mind. Get ready to embrace the thrill and tranquility of Trapeze Yoga and let your spirit soar.

I first encountered yoga during my deskbound job. After a year, I realized I needed a more purposeful path. My journey into Trapeze Yoga began out of sheer curiosity, leading to the discovery of a practice that significantly improved my posture, flexibility, core strength, and overall well-being. Starting with just one class per week, I soon found my enthusiasm growing, ultimately committing to four classes weekly. It was during this time that I realized it had become more than just a routine; it had transformed into a genuine passion. As my journey in Trapeze Yoga progressed, I uncovered its transformative benefits. It wasn't solely about mastering poses or executing graceful swings; it was about challenging myself, pushing boundaries, and experiencing personal growth. Now, as a new Trapeze Yoga teacher, my classes will primarily focus on flow moves designed to help you achieve an excellent stretch, promoting both physical and mental well-being. Join me on this exciting journey towards a healthier, more balanced life.

My journey as a trapeze yoga instructor started with a personal quest for balance. From struggling with a weak core and poor stability, I knew I needed a change. I embarked on a remarkable journey that led me to discover the incredible world of trapeze yoga. Trapeze yoga not only strengthened my body but also brought serenity to my life. This transformative practice not only healed my physical ailments but also ignited a passion within me. Now, I'm on a mission to share the healing power of trapeze yoga with others, I'm excited to guide others on a similar path toward improved well-being and stability.

Yoga practice has been crucial in my journey for self improvement and development, working towards my personal goals. 

As Trapeze yoga continually helps me improve my physique, strength and control, I became passionate to guide others to this wonderful journey for beauty, health and wellness.  

I am motivated to make an impact and share this trapeze wellness to many others.  Join me in this beautiful and empowering journey together!
