    Term & Conditions

    1. No refunds of unused sessions will be given upon package expiry.

    2. Extensions/Suspensions for selected packages are payable in blocks of 1 month.

    3. No free extensions/suspensions will be entertained for travel/illness/etc.

    4. Suspension of package will result in suspension of all bookings during suspension period.

    5. Prices are NETT. No GST or registration fees.

    6. cannot be extended beyond validity date without valid reasons and supporting documents.

    7. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    8. Online purchases via PayPal might take up to 24 hours for package to be credit to the account.

    9. For payments by PayNow, please indicate your name and contact number so that we can contact you for clarifications.

    10. Our credit card is under Stripe company which actually accepts online payment on our behalf.
