A purchase plan is any class package, membership, subscription, or course bundle that provides access to our classes and services.

Yes. Each plan has its own validity period, which is displayed at the time of purchase and in your account.

In selected cases, expired plans may qualify for a one-time extension, and remaining credits may be transferable to a new purchase plan. Eligibility depends on the plan type and terms. Please contact support for review.

You can often apply remaining class credits or an unused balance toward a new plan, but policies vary by plan type. To combine balances or transfer credits, contact support and provide your account and purchase info. We’ll review eligibility and apply any transferable credits.

Yes. Our monthly membership plan is a 12-month contract (1 year) with consecutive monthly payments. The contract remains active for the full term unless otherwise approved under our suspension policy.

Yes. Membership suspensions are available for documented overseas business travel or medical reasons. Maximum suspension period: Up to 3 months in total during the 12-month contract term. Required documents: Business travel: Employer letter or travel itinerary showing travel dates. Medical reasons: Doctor's note stating the recommended suspension period. Notice period: Please submit your request at least 7 days before the suspension start date whenever possible. To request a suspension, email info@2yclub.com or submit a support ticket with your account email, membership plan, requested suspension dates, and supporting documents.

For approved suspensions: Membership billing will be paused during the suspension period. Any payments collected during an approved suspension will be credited or refunded according to our billing policy. Remaining class credits will be preserved. The original 12-month contract term remains unchanged and is not restarted. Membership access will automatically resume on the agreed return date. If your return date changes, please contact support to adjust access and billing. For exceptional circumstances requiring longer suspensions, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The rebates are given by Beep Rewards, which will be credited into your app wallet.

All transactions made have a potential to reach UP TO 25% total rebate. Rebates given increases each time it is paid out. You will receive notifications when rebates comes in.

There is no fixed time frame for getting the rebates The speed and amount of getting the rebates, it will also depend on user spending habits and the tier of our Merchants (tier of Merchants can be seen in the app)

The program is designed to be completed 200 Hours . and typically spans in 18 weeks to combine by every weekend .

While prior yoga experience is beneficial, it is not strictly required. We welcome students of all levels who have a passion for yoga and a desire to deepen their practice.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification which is recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Yes, students will have multiple opportunities for teaching practice throughout the program. This includes pair teaching, group practice, and final assessments of teaching skills. after graduated also avalaible to teach in the school.

Attendance is important for your learning experience. If you must miss a class, don't need to worry we will upload the all the videos online for reference . We also will provide options for makeup sessions or alternative resources based on your situation.

The tuition fee covers all class materials, sessions, and training manuals. Additional costs may include yoga alliance registration optional workshops or events ( unless you are register under weekend program)

Graduates will have access to ongoing support through our alumni network, workshops for continuing education, and resources to assist in starting your own teaching practice.

Yes, the certification is recognized by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to teach yoga in various countries, though it's always good to check local requirements.
